They call him (because obviously it has to be a guy) The Poopetrator.
The Poopetrator is public enemy number 2 (pun intended) in Ypsilanti, MI. Apparently for six months he has been defecating on swing sets of local playgrounds…for SIX months! They have not been able to catch him yet.
The city has put up hilarious billboards saying “Do your civic doody, report the pooper,” “Help us flush the pooper,” and “Help us catch the poopetrator.”
Score one for Ohio.
